More disruptive technology for drinks

My new insights on this are based on a presentation I attended a few days ago in Kiev. It was delivered by Daniel Boehi, who’s developing a new concept called FoodPrint.

The idea is that FoodPrint can devise a product personally designed for you, based on your genetic footprint. This could have amazing health and chronic disease prevention benefits. Go to for more.

Other concepts he mentioned were:

• that helps you track everything you drink and what’s in it

• to make you smarter about food

• Scio, a pocket sensor that scans a plate of food and tells you what’s in it
